The next logical thing to do is take the 2 lamb and run her to the top. She's the stoutest featured, most powerfully constructed in the class. She views with more spring of rib and more mass throughout her entire stifle. She easily has the most total volume of muscle in the class.

I think it becomes a more challenging middle pair. Between 4 and 1, it's 4's hip and hind leg posture that I think gives him advantage over 1. 4 appears stouter from the knee down and from the side, smoother over his loin. It's 4's bigger foot and smoother loin that make him the higher quality lamb of the pair.

Granted, 1 appears as though he may handle a little firmer to the touch.

When you first evaluate the class, I think the easiest thing to do is look at 3 and run him last. He's the poorest balanced in class and his lack of muscle and light structure makes for an ill balanced lamb. He's heavy in the front end and light on the back end... the opposite of what we want.
