Official Placing: 1, 3, 4, 2
Cuts: 2, 7, 2

I definitely see this as a two pair class, 1 and  3 at the top and 4 and 2 at the bottom.

Again, quality of pictures made this a tricky class to judge.  Lamb 1, the exhibitor has the right front of the shoulder completely covered up on the side profile.  Lamb 2, okay from the profile, incorrect camera angle from the rear.  Lamb 3, most correct pose of the four lambs.  Lamb 4, okay from the profile, cannot see any of the rack and nothing below the hock from the rear picture.

I'm placing the class 1, 3, 4, 2 with cuts of 2, 7, 2.

I'm placing 1 at the top of the class because I believe he is the most balanced lamb of the class.  I would like to see more extension of neck, however, he is long and level in his top and bottom lines and I would give him the advantage over 3 in length of side.  He appears to be wide and flat over the rack and he gets progressively wider as you travel down the rack and loin.  He is both long in his rack and saddle and appears to be wide and deep over the loin with a long level hip.  From the rear he has the wedge shape that I look for and is wide and square through the pins, deep in the twist and extremely correct in the lower leg and through the stifle.  From the rear his neck appears longer than it does from the side.

The lamb second in the class, 3, sure appears to be a power type lamb.  He is balanced from the side with a level top and bottom line. This lamb appears to have a short neck and also appears to be just average in length of side. He does appear to be a little too deep through the shoulder  to the chest floor.  He is wide ,level, and square over the rack and loin.  I would like to see an added extension to the length of hip.  He does have the depth of twist and flare through the stifle muscle that I like to see in market lambs.  He places second rather easily in the class.

Third Place:  4

4 places third in the class and over 2 because he appears to pack more product than the narrow based lamb, 2. From the side he looks to be blown out in the rib cage and this takes away from his overall appearance.  The un-eveness  of his top and bottom lines make him look out of balance.  He does have adequate depth of twist and muscle in the lower third of the leg.

Fourth Place:  2

I see 2 at the bottom of the class.  From the side this lamb appears to have a low neck placement, is too deep from top of shoulder to chest floor and from the rear sure appears to slope in the hip and is pinched in the pins with only average depth of twist with a flat leg muscle that is lacking in the lower third.

Again, I placed the class 1, 3, 4, 2 with cuts of 2, 7, 2.
