I am starting the class with 2 which I believe wins the class with ease. 2 is the most complete ewe prospect in the class. This balanced, attractive package out profiles any sheep in the class. She is very structurally correct with desired muscle shape and pattern strived for by today's progressive breeders. On the profile the long neck is squarely placed. She has the longest most level top line in the class with the longest most level hip of the class. She is about as close to perfect as you will find in her front with the slightly elevated chest floor which is the widest floor of the class. She is extremely clean at the points. She is big boned, big footed with a massive forearm, and being the widest through the chest floor she brings the width to the rear more correctly than any sheep in the class.

From rear she is both wide and flat over the rack, the loin, and wide pinned with twist depth and muscle through lower third and great ribbed shape with flank fullness. She is the kind you can build a flock around and would work great as a donor ewe. Best online prospect in a long time, maybe ever.

4 places second and though she is not in the league with 2 she is a good, solid prospect. She is balanced. she is clean fronted, she is thick. I would like to level her hip and raise her at the dock an inch or two. She is full flanked with good rib shape.

From the rear she is flat and wide over both the rack and loin, wide pinned, deep twisted, adequate through stifle lower third. Stands on solid footing. Just a good, solid prospect.

Third Place:  3

Entry number: 1489

3 profiles pretty and fits nicely into third place. This medium framed ewe lamb is balanced with straight lines. Just wish I could extend her from flank to flank. She looks to have bone, standing on good feet with lots of shag.

From rear I would like to raise her dock and add width through her pins, add depth to her twist and see more expression of muscle through lower third.

Fourth Place:  1

Entry number: 1459

Although 1 places fourth in class she is by no means a cull. If I could clean her up through the front, smooth up skeletal structure I could move her into third place because she is superior in muscle and width over both rack and loin to the third place ewe lamb . I would like to level her hip and clean up her front. From the rear she does show width and fullness but is jut a little too coarse in body type to place higher.

Again, the class places 2-4-3-1 cuts of 5-3-2. Let the discussion begin. OG
